I have "Be Happy" in my iTunes library and I turned it on thinking that the songs were overlaying each other in the video, but wow, GaGa, I'm disappointed. They are insanely similar.

To be honest, whenever I listen to music, I'm more concerned with the production than anything else, so I know the "Born This Way" production like the back of my hand because I've been admiring it so much. What's really striking to me is that there's a bleep/electronic/video game-esque sound in the background during the chorus in "Be Happy" (first heard at 0:52) that is basically the same as the sound in "Born This Way" that comes in at like, 0:08 and is throughout the song, except it's not so bubbly pop electric.

Sorry if I'm lame at describing it.
