I think they made this just for the fans not to worry. I'm pretty sure they care for everyone who has been affected by this catastrophe.

Yes because the fans arent worried about their families, homes or their own lives. They are worried about a celebrity they have never met.

I don't think it's bad for people to care about the health and well-being of others. This list isn't meant to belittle the situation that the country is in.

I didn't say the fans weren't worried about their families, of course people would have to make sure everyone they know were alive. And these celebrities are humans too, I don't see anything wrong since it was published by an entertainment website anyway.

It may be offensive, but it wasn't the main point of this post. I do find it a little...overbearing I guess

The website is marketed towards fans who don't live in Japan, who generally don't have families or homes there. :-/ And an individual can worry about everyone there, including celebrities... worrying isn't mutually exclusive
