It's ****ing sad but everyone is making jokes about it, I logged out of twitter. I get some people just react to stuff like this but some of the stuff I was reading there and on Facebook was absolutely ignorant, to quote one girl -

"Ok not tryna sound cold hearted and **** but I'm sick of all this japan crap , they wasn't givn 2 ****s about Hurricane Katrina"

You should pay no attention to stuff like this. People made jokes about Katrina, 911, etc. It's no laughing matter. I would just not feed into evil and insensitive comments, videos, etc. They won't understand until something similar happens to them.

People that joke about natural disasters and say stuff like "who cares" are just SAD people. Last year I went off at this girl on twitter, she said that Heidi Montag's addiction to plastic surgery was more important than the Haiti earthquake.
