But keep in mind that physical album and single sales are rather prominent in Korea. Many domestic artists score huge monthly sales. And as you can see physical sales for international artists aren't that bad either. It's just that certain big international artists aren't established physical sellers in Korea.
That's how I view the situation anyway.

Again physical sales in Korea ARE alive. The 2010 International Year-End shows solid sales and let's not even mention domestic acts like Girls Generation who sell 400,000 per physical album.
