According to Access Hollywood, Bieber, 17, tweeted his plans to grow a mustache because he doesn’t plan to keep up shaving while on his U.K. leg of his My World tour. “I’m not shaving for a month so you all can see my mustache… I’m pumped,” Bieber wrote
He is smooth as a baby bottom, no way there will even be a visible difference after a month
