Actually I don't think J.Lo has any chances to overtake Gaga on hot 100.

JLo is No.1 in Itunes though, and i was saying Gaga's Airplay makes up for all the sales lead of JLo

yes, i think JLo might sell more than Lady Gaga if she continues to keep the lead on itunes.
But remember: Airplay is also an important factor for Billboard, and since JLo's airplay is low, and Gaga's is huge, Gaga will probably not be threatened by her. Cee Lo is though, he has strong airplay and good sales.
