The thing is, if you think about it... The universe is endless, there is literally an INFINITE number of planets out there. Which means that statistically, there is not just one, but an INFINITE number of planets out there that are exactly like ours. And an INFINITE number of planets where everybody is Lady Gaga. And an INFINITE number of planets with really any kind of creatures you could possible imagine. It's so weird to think about that, it really blows my mind every time I think about it, and makes me think how all of this is really possible. But we will never be able to grasp any of it.
Do I believe we are the only HUMAN population? Yes. I find it difficult to believe that life on another planet would evolve EXACTLY the same way. There were just too many variables in our evolutionary process for that to be likely. We are almost certainly not that only intelligent life in the universe, though. I can't say whether they would be more or less advanced than us, but the probability of there not being any other life anywhere in the universe is very slim. You'd be naive to think otherwise. Our understanding of our own solar system, let alone other galaxies, or the universe as a whole, is VERY minimal. We don't even know for sure that the "universe" as we know it actually exists. Some scientists are proposing that we exist on one layer of a MULTIverse. Try and wrap your head around that.
I believe there are definitely life forces on other planets. Out of all the planets and universes what are the chances of ours being the only one with life and intelligence.
Yes, most likely Earth is the only planet with humans. It's nearly impossible for live to evolve the EXACT same way it has on Earth.
That does not mean that there isn't life on other planets, though. There's probably a lot of life in the universe, but we just haven't found it yet because it's so hard to find something that's so small in something that's so huge. It's like trying to find a few needles in a haystack the size on New York City.

YES. Evolution is driven by mutations (which are RANDOM) and natural selection. For both these processes to be replicated exactly the same way is EXTREMELY unlikely. You'd have to find the same ingredients for life first, and we haven't even found that. Let a lone a planet that mirrors ours so closely.
