Yeah our generation either view her as Michael's sister, the girl who flashed her boob at the SuperBowl or they don't know her at all. No shade honest cuz these r the reactions I got in school.

I love and respect Mariah, but Mariah's accomplishments outside of the charts are relatively small, that some of her fans have to make up stuff that sounds crazy.
* She popularized rap/sung collaborations in general.
* She popularized R&B/Hip Hop collaborations.
* She invented the remix
* She made the whistle register
