Ok... wow. Some of you are seriously OVERREACTING! He didn't say it in a diva-esque way. He said it jokingly. He said "No, no, no, can't mess up the hair." He's not the only guy who says stuff like that... and most of those guys aren't celebrities... Every little reason to jump on Bieber.... I think some of you have crushes. :]
