Probably "E.T." or "S&M." After the videos come out for "Born This Way," it'll jump, but then start to fall again. Once it starts falling, Katy should strike with her video, and then BAM! (Although, I have a sickening feeling that "E.T."'s video will come out just right before "Born This Way"'s or just right after.)
I think he meant that single ladies was stealing downloads/airplay from it and it couldn't do better. Kind of like it was with paparazzi/bad romance at first
If Beyoncé releases before May she will surely replace Gaga. It's that kind of single from that kind of artist which is a lock for a #1 debut.
We'll see. People are forgetting that Judas is coming in late April/early May only... I don't know if Gaga sustains the spot for THAT long. We'll see the effects of the video.
But either E.T. or Judas seem plausible. Judas is also bound to debut at #1. The thing with Katy is that she's touring, so she won't be shoving herself down everyone's throats like she did this winter and that will certainly affect E.T.'s performance.

Oh I see, In that case Womanizer and Circus blocked each other
S&M has no possibilty IMO.
E.T and OTF are still missing the video, we'll see
If it was Nicki Minaj on ET with some SICK verses that **** all over Kanye's last minute, thirty-second-thought-out weak-as-my-grandma's-knees verses, that would help ET so much. The qualtiy really really went down with Kanye dreadfully opening it and taking away Katy's great bridge.
Britney's 2nd single is going to debut at #1 so I vote that. S&M is going to lack the promo to battle BTW so A Top 5 peak will be satisafctory. Same with katy.
