They're both mediocre in my dictionary, but On The Floor gets my vote since its Jennifer Lopez's comeback single and because Born This Way didn't live up to its hype.

I usually like RedOne's songs, but I was kind of disappointed with the production on On The Floor. The only good part of the song is the sample from "Lambada"...otherwise the song is somewhat catchy but in my opinion just another party song. I think it could've been a lot better.
