I think he is being too harsh but if Rihanna had a prior commitment to the NBA game, which it seems she did and then lied to Trump about it, that was shady on her part.

This is a rough situation, and it seems Rihanna and Trump didn't have proper communication... and Rihanna + Management didn't bother dissolving their previous engagement in proper fashion.
