Anyone saying it was overly hyped is overreacting.
Yes, 14 teasers were completely ridiculous, but I only saw 2 tweets from Britney on my Twitter.
I didn't once get reminded of each teaser while on ATRL either. I would of only seen all 14 if I truly wanted to.

The video as a whole was OK / above average.
Bright, colourful, and had a great concept (the imagery of her career.)
The let down was the 'dancing' that was promised. Yes she danced, but not in one whole shot.
It felt rushed, all over the place and edited poorly. But, I would put the blame to the director, he's known for confusing videos
If it were longer and they built on the concept more, it would of been an amazing video with a lot of personality, story and meaning.
I liked it, but it could have been better. I loved the concept.
