I can't believe I'm seeing anyone, let alone "fans" watch the HIAM video nd say that this is a woman who doesn't care about her career....BIG ****ING DEAL....she doesn't dance like she used to. But the work and time put into making that video was immense and not anywhere near being someone who doesn't care.

Want dancing so bad call up the Ciara fanbase I'm sure she could use the extra support. ....Britney will be just fine.

Everyday for the past week she has been in and out of the studio working on that album, and right after we see her picking up her kids and still working.

This woman cares, if lackluster dancing is a sign of not caring....then a lot of other popstars sure don't care.

THE DRAMA in this thread. I can't.

The video is beyond spectacular. The ONLY problem is Brian Friedman hyped the dancing like it was better than her previous routines, and it isn't. First time I watched the video I was a bit disappointed because of that. But after a few re-watches, it won me all over. The dancing is great (I surprisingly like the 'Circus' music video coreography better but it doesn't mean this one isn't amazing). Summarizing, it's not 2001 Britney, but that's what it is, 2001 Britney. Time has passed. She has changed.

And coming from that, IF she feels like she needs to get out of this business and its pressure, it's her decision and I will support it, it's her prerogative. She's given us so much, SO MUCH, that being a music lover as I am I couldn't have asked for more. But considering how being a musician is such a big part of who she is - well, that's what she has told us so many times - I don't see her EVER leaving us for good.

In other words, let's all appreciate the masterpiece and possible VMA & EMA Video of the Year winner for now? I'm sure there are still a lot of great things to come. If they don't come, then you can all go back to bitching again. See ya.

So please stop attacking me for sharing my mind with other Britney admirers (I don't like to call myself a stan...but I grew up with her...learned her dance routines in my room, all of her lyrics and I even tried to do her goofy facial expressions in front of my mirror while listening to soda pop back and forth)

And **** Lady GaGa for gods sake. I didn't mention her. She's a newcomer and only in the beginning to become a legend like Britney is and always will be...well...she got the big place in my heart....

The edit was indeed not directly to show the ACTUAL coreography (it prioritized the artistic side of things and I LOVED it), but even if it was I don't see this coreography as her "most challenging" like Friedman said. He himself has done better in the past, we all know that.

I am gonna say it once and once only -
Britney will never be what she used to be for the simple fact that people change as they grow up and as a response to different things they've beet through in life. You can't delete nor earse all that she's been through, that includes her breakthrough, her shattering records and her having 2 of the roughest years any person could have been trough. She's not on repair since she doesn't need to be on repair, she's moving on, growing and evolving due to these things she's been through. She's almost 30 years old now, you can't expect her to have the mind of a 20 years old. She's been working hard, and its shown, she's updating us on what's going on and you can see she's excited for this album as much as we are. The music video is fantastic, and you can see she's really into it. Look at her facial expression, on how sharp and on point her moves are. She's 100% into it, and it's crystal clear. You guys may think being 100% there means promoting, being everywhere, making interviews, but that's just what you think. She's been there, she's done that, and nowadays she doesn't feel the need to be everywhere in order to be recognized. If she didn't want to do it, she wouldn't, and you all should know by now that Brit doesn't do anything unless she wants too.
I wanna see her perform, I wanna see her doing interviews and being on talk shows, don't get me wrong, but if she doesn't - it doesn't mean she's not 100% in for this. It has nothing to do with each other. And finally, let's just hope the major promo announcments she talked about 8 days ago will arive soon enough.
