Queen of Pop Madonna reportedly has no acknowledgement of an email she was supposed to have sent Lady Gaga this week. During an interview on Tuesday with Jay Leno, Gaga discussed her new single ‘Born This Way’ in the midst of unanimous claims that the song sounds too similar to Madonna’s ‘Express Yourself’.

“The good news is, I got an email from [Madonna's] people sending me their love and support on behalf of the single” she says. Apparently, Madonna’s rep has told CNN’s Headline News Entertainment that she is oblivious to any email of the sort. Somebody must have lied to her. How sad. The singer was photographed yesterday leaving a recording studio in New York City, wearing a black bra, see-through tights and the ‘Born This Way’ leather jacket. Check out a photo after the jump…
