She needed to get in their before Gaga. Gaga is the equivlent of her oops era, getting song in first got lots of promo + hype + impact, now releasing the video after all this coming up will get her attention. I doubt even with promo she's gonna get the no.1 spot back, but video + promo would have a amazing effect on her itunes postion. I mean look at the what the hell video, typical avril, cute not much else has done alot for the song.
