Some people expected something revolutionary. Now that the song was released, the criticism is endless. 'Madonna-rip-off' and 'generic dance/pop song' are only two of all the extreme describtions i have read so far on ATRL. Is Gaga's new single really missing the edge?

Where's the endless criticism? It actually seems to be getting less criticism than the average first single. The response has been great.
