Madonna 'can't wait' to record new album!



Madonna's manager has revealed that she is ready to record a new studio album.

The singer, whose last release was 2008's Hard Candy, is said to be going back in the recording studio after she wraps up directing her latest film.

Responding to rumors that she will appear at the Grammys and release a concert DVD, the star's manager Guy Oseary tweeted: "Madonna will not be at grammys. I have no idea where the rumor of a live dvd box set is coming from. Im not against doing it.. just not true.

"The update is that Madonna cant wait to get into the recording studio.. This will happen as soon as she finishes the movie she directed...(sic)"

Madonna is currently shooting the film W.E, a story about the love affair of Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson.

It was recently reported that she is facing a lawsuit from her adopted daughter's Malawian parents.

Wait, she hasn't been to the studio yet? I was really looking forward to a possible 2011 album. But I can't wait for her to record again. I'm really excited for this new album already. I know it's going to be amazing.

Beyoncé recorded "B'Day" in a time span of two weeks and the album was completed in three weeks, ahead of its planned six weeks. :] I'm sure Madonna could get something together by the end of the year at the latest. :] But if not, she'll slay 2012... before the world ends.

Hopefully she joins the trinity in 2011, as the Goddess.

I know this album will be worth the wait!

No shade on Beyonce bc I love her, but I think Madonna usually takes a little bit more time. She has always been very involved and very opinionated about her music, so I think we won't see it until 2012.

I just hope desperately that she gives us a Ray of Light type album...or even a Confessions. I need her slow, ballad-y type songs too to give it some substance. Another Hard Candy (even though I loved it) would be unacceptable, and if she creates an album of Celebration/Revolver type stuff then she will definitely get some **** for being generic.

The Queen needs to remember that she sets the trends, not follows them.

WTF? Who does this asshole think he is? Who cares if YOU are against it or not, it should be Madonna's word. Damn, It really gets to me, he sounds more like a handler than a manager.

Madonna should really cut lose of Guy Oseary because he is destroying her career. Yes, she has made millions with him and broke touring records, but that is EXACTLY the problem with Oseary. He's destroyed any artistic integrity left in Madonna and turned her into a money hungry machine.

Some people say her only future is in touring because radio wont play her and her records dont sell as before. I say her records dont sell because there is no art left on them, just trend following. And I blame Oseary on this.

God, I hate him so much!
