If you actually read what he said, you would've seen that Islay didn't treat him that well. So it was pretty understandable why he would want him permabanned. Simple as that.

Everytime I get a letter from my school, I panic a little bit deep down inside, thinking it's bad news.

I just got a letter and freaked out so much, thinking it must be bad. But it was to say they want me to do some special college courses along with my regular classes, since I have a 4.0 GPA.
