Sorry, airplay actually tracks from Wednesday-Tuesday, you're right.
It's like this -- for next week's chart (which would come out Thursday - 02/17) the sales week started this past Monday (02/07) and will go through Sunday night (02/13). The airplay week starts tomorrow (Wednesday - 02/09) and runs through next Tuesday (02/15).
So, the airplay that BTW will get from Friday (02/11) to Tuesday (02/15) will count for the chart published next Thursday (02/17), but obviously if it's not on iTunes until Monday (02/14) then there won't be any sales from this week to count toward that chart.
