I don't know if this is true, but this is a story I've heard that could explain why she was cold on the interview:
Globo (the TV station) invited her to do a cameo on a tv show, but she declined because she had other appointments and couldn't extend her staying here in Brazil, so the producer got mad and said "does she know we (Globo) are the most powerful TV channel in this country?", her manager laughed and walked away. When she found out the interview was for Globo, she decided to act like that.

I think there's a reason she acted that way.
She acted that way even when she knows that it could be recorded. She must want people to see it. If she was a bitch why would she be so nice with the fan when she knows not many people may know about it ?
