Last year nearly 26M people watched The Grammys. I wonder how many will tune in this year.

Someone got in touch with KISS 108 in Boston (one of the biggest stations in the country) and they said Gaga fans would be very happy come Friday.

I predict it will be higher considering Gaga is premiering her single.

I suppose that we are gonna get The Born This Way Single Cover this week... right?

I think it might be less because Swift isn't a factor this year. She pulled in a lot of viewers, especially after the whole VMA debacle.

But this year's crop is pretty impressive and most important, diverse:, Lady Gaga, Eminem, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, B.o.B, Bruno Mars, Arcade Fire, Muse, Miranda Lambert, Cee Lo Green, Mick Jagger, etc.

Yeah, I can see it supposedly being Eminem's year pulling in a fair amount of viewers, actually.

Isn't Kiss Fm a really big station? I really don't think that such radio station would be playing around with us with the Feb 11 thing.

That's why I'm starting to think it's true. Too many big stations have indicated they'll be playing it on Friday. I don't think this is like the HIAM situation.

A few did with Britney's new single.... so it wouldn't surprise me. But we shall find out friday.

More people will watch for Gaga. Whether you love her, hate her or are just channel-surfing and semi-curious, you want to know what she'll wear, say and sing. Especially after the Meat Dress.


102.7 KIIS FM in LA is huge - it's the nation's #1 radio station. But there are a lot of KISS stations, some of them irrelevant.

I emailed a bunch of stations and got like 10 responses...all of them said they're getting the song on the 11th.

As far as Grammy ratings, I think the performances will be a lot better and bigger names are showing up too... And plus gaga premiering a new single live will be absolutely huge for ratings
