Super Bowl XLV will be the 45th annual edition of the Super Bowl game in American football. The game decides the National Football League (NFL) champion for the 2010 season, and is to be played between the American Football Conference (AFC) champion Pittsburgh Steelers and the National Football Conference (NFC) champion Green Bay Packers. The game will be held at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas on on February 6, 2011, with the kick off scheduled for 5:25pm Central Time (CT) (UTC-06).

Pepsi's Frito-Lay brand will also advertise Doritos.
Anheuser-Busch InBev, GoDaddy.com, Coca-Cola, CareerBuilder.com, and E*TRADE purchased advertisements; InBev will advertise Stella Artois imported beer for the first time in the Super Bowl in addition to its usual Budweiser and Bud Light advertisements.
Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz and Audi will also advertise.
Advertisements for 15 films have been announced and will be shown during the Pre-Game, Game, and Post-Game.
