Amazing avies Louis, but if you build them onto an obscurely coloured background like bright pink rather than white you can make ones like this transparent using iaza.com

(bits of the image that were white also become transparent though, and that's why you need to use a colour like bright pink or blue etc)

3. You need to make an avatar/display for Twitter and tweet it (like you did with the backgrounds. Which btw, I'm using )
