I finally heard this album! I was afraid I was going to be disappointed because of the amazing reception its been getting but I definitely wasn't. The album is AMAZING. Don't You Remember and Set Fire to the Rain are my favorites based on 1 listen
The second half of the album has truly grown on me.
Not feeling how they sped up "Someone Like You" from the live version we heard first, and I don't think hitting the high falsettos at the end of the chorus accomplish much either. Nonetheless, it is an epic track. As is "Turning Tables", and especially "Set Fire To The Rain".
I have a question, Has #18 been its peaked on itunes so far ??? Is it cool for a pre-order only ?
It has been in the Top 20 on iTunes for a couple of weeks now, I don't know what its exact peak is. Yes, it's doing extremely well on pre-orders alone.
The song is climbing on iTunes in the US!!! Not to mention if you throw out all of the Glee songs ahead of her, she'd actually be #12
