It completely abuses that same
whoosh
sound effect that's on every other song on their EP.
Their mixer/producer needs to lay off that thing.

I don't like the new version. They made the song too safe with its mainstream sound. Ugh. The original is so much better. And they'll release this as a single? Great choice, I hope it will do good!
