While Perez does have a tendency to lie out of his ass, I don't know why anyone is doubting this particular item. I'm inclined to think this is true considering the fact that he says he talked about all of this on the phone with Brit's management. I don't think anyone would be ridiculous enough to lie about a phone conversation. If Perez heard directly from Larry that Britney will promote, Britney will promote.
