They are on the same level to me in terms of range and vocal ability. I've listened Loud and NBA a crazy amount of time and Rihanna be hitting higher notes on her album than Keri did so I wouldn't say that they are that stronger than each other.

I know Keri is a good singer. But for some reason, she still gets clowned for her voice (which I don't get) But lets see how the poll goes.

Keri has the most annoying tone I ever heard in my life. She always sounds broken or like she needs to clear her throat.

I think they are equal.

she is a good singer though (not taking into account most of her live performances) she has a great studio voice that people who can't sing obviously wouldn't be able to pull off

high notes don't make up for other qualitites that a singer may lack

Auto tuned mess? Stop trying to cause animosity in this thread. I've heard the both of them sing live before and its not like Keri is some Mariah Carey. And why can't you compare recordings on an album. Keri and Rihanna are in the same range and both of their voices are similar in terms of sound. Neither of the two have big voices. Dare I say Rihanna might be the better live singer because Keri has never "brung" it live before and I can pull up tons of Russian Roulette and Take A Bow performances off of youtube if you want but this is not the time nor thread to do this so I won't.

Keri has amazing control over her vocals. She is very consistent and almost never has a bad performance.

Rihanna has definitely improved over the years, but I think Keri is superior.

I thought it was a pretty well known fact that they correct the pitching and etc for everyone on AOL live session performances. I wouldn't be surprised if they were pre-recorded either to be honest. Is this really news to you guys? Lmao. There's a reason why everyone sounds so similar to the recordings there and are never off but the same people couldn't be paid to sound on pitch during any other live performance. Come on you guys.

Let me know when you hear or see a bad performance on AOL Live sessions. I'll definitely be waiting because it's never going to happen.
