Keri Hilson eyeing "One Night Stand" as next single

Keri Hilson already taught fans how to do the “Pretty Girl Rock” and unleashed her inner freak on “The Way You Love Me,” but she’s ready to show a softer side. The sexy songstress has revealed that the next single off her sophomore album No Boys Allowed will most likely be “One Night Stand” featuring Chris Brown, chosen after an outpouring of fan support.
“My fans are really liking ‘One Night Stand’ with Chris Brown,” Miss Keri told Rap-Up.com. “I have a lot of favorites, but the fans are wanting ‘One Night Stand.’ It’s going to be my urban single. Not going to be, but if we go with it, we’ll go with that.”
While she loves the romantic collabo with Breezy, Keri also hopes to release a few personal faves as singles. “I eventually want to get to ‘All the Boys,’ that’s one of my favorites on the album, as well as ‘Beautiful Mistake,’” she said, noting that she has no video shoots scheduled at the moment.
The blonde bombshell released No Boys Allowed in December, peaking at No. 11 on the Billboard 200. She is booked to perform on the Valentine’s Day episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
Probably not my first choice for a single out of her album but that's alright. I'm always a little iffy about radio picking up baby making slow jams, but seeing how well songs like No BS and Can't Be Friends have done, I have no doubt this will do fairly well regardless.
"One Night Stand" is a Urban SMASH in the making, and is one of the better songs off of a mediocre album. Besides "Buyou" & "Lose Control", I don't see any of the other songs really making noise on the charts. Keri's playing it smart by releasing singles intended for her core audience - Urban. She could try all the pop-friendly crossover records she wants, but with actual pop stars reigning at Pop Radio, she might want to continue to stay at Urban for now.

I like that she remixed WMN, but its too tacky, she can release it as a fan appreciation to Rihanna tho, when she's honored in a couple of years.
