I mean, it falling out of the top 10 isn't a huge deal. Airplay is building like crazy -- the recent iTunes sales are just from the initial buzz. Once promotion and the video kicks it, the song will rise again.
It's kinda like how Only Girl came out and slid a bit down the charts -- then promotion and the video kicked in and it went #1.
Some people don't like a song until the video comes out. A great video can help make the song and result in more downloads/spins/requests.
