You go to your profile (if you don't know how look under the ads, on the "search bar", there will be a link "My ATRL", your nick would be next to it, click it.
When you open your profile there will be the tabs: Wall, About Me (etc.), One of the tabs will be "Warnings", you check your totals there (your current warnings and your past warnings).
If you've never been warned this tab won't be there.
If you think you might have been warned and you don't know, chill, you receive a private message when you get a warning.
