'Bionic' debuted at #1 basically without a lead single. If I remember correctly, 'Not Myself Tonight' was deleted from iTunes and only came back when the album was released, which only made it fail miserably. Was there even a 2nd single official release, btw? I don't think so. Add to that the TERRIBLE press it was getting everywhere else from the day NMT premiered. That is not happening with Britney and 'Hold It Against Me' - aka it is not the same situation.

As for the 7th album debuting on top, Britney never had a UK #1 before, so that alone would be promo for the album.

When her singles stop going Top 10 on her name alone and her albums stop going Platinum and more there, then yes, it's gonna be uncertain. For now, it is not.
