Marina & the Diamonds is having her sophomore album come out in October and a new demo leaked called "Sex, Yeah"



I love it so far. I'm glad she hasn't changed her sound too much

Hopefully this album doesn't have any "Mowgli's Road"'s on it

How do you know? Definitely sounds like FJ status. Better than some tracks on it..

It's not a new demo, it was recorded for The Family Jewels. It won't be on the new album.

For me it's on the contrary.

I think Mowgli's Road, I Am Not a Robot , Obsession and Numb are infectious tracks

with lots of her personality and her own appeal.

Others just kind of more mainstream pop appeal and lost most of her identity.

I hope the new album have more track like Mowgli's Road and tracks mentioned above.

I need more Mowgli's Road. But lyrically Oh No! is Mowgli's Road part two.

This is giving me Hermit The Frog/Guilty vibes.

Obsessions/Numb are my favorites. And of course IANAR, Are You Satisfied (the best, simply put), Hollywood. That's what I love about her. Her sound is quite mainstream pop appeal with the gorgeous, classically trained voice of hers and the societal commentary-charged lyrics. She's perfect.

Mowgli's Road sounds nothing like them, it's complete garbage
