Mother shoots and kills children 'for being mouthy'

Julie Schenecker was found covered in blood on the back porch of her home in Tampa after her mother had called police to say she had gone missing after complaining about her children.
Police said the woman, whose husband is serving in the U.S. military in Qatar, had shot and killed her son on the way to football practice 'because he talked back'.
She then drove to her home and shot her daughter first in the back of the head, then once in the face, as she was on the computer.
A note was left at the home allegedly detailing her plans to kill her children and then herself, saying: 'They talked back and were mouthy and that she was going to take care of it.'
Laura McElroy, a police spokesman, said: 'I think we will never understand how or why a mother could take the lives of her children.
'That was the only reason she provided to our detectives.'
Schenecker was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and appeared in a county jail yesterday afternoon, where she had to be supported by a sheriff's deputy.

She got charged after she shot herself?
How can that happen? I hope is that kind of story you see on Tv when the murderer disguises his crime as if it was a member of the family who did it. I just don't get why she left a letter, that seems so dumb!
i bet she's white.... only a white woman would showcase this type of mental illness any other race would resort to using the back of their hand

im not turning it into anything I'm just noting that you could add this to the expansive list of the things crazy white people do in the U.S....... and hey idiot up there since when do people refer to people in europe as white people.... im not trying to be politically correct here obviously you should know i meant white people in the U.S.

I agree, but you didn't really have to bring up race in this thread. You could of easily just talked about the U.S. overall/in general but you went into race.
It only made sense to me..... and if I actually went through the effort of having to look for statistics, I would be proven right
