the only thing that bothers me at this point is the popjustice response to the song. ''all in all not bad''
Popjustice was just bull******** us. They didn't hear the track, and perez likely didn't either. Popjustice just leaked lyrics they were given like everybody else but they tried to make it seem as though they got the lyrics by listening to the track....
And Perez confirmed the opening line was "don't be a drag, be a Queen", which we now know is completely innaccurate. Their both trying to up their status by making it seem as thought they got some exclusive access.
Well... I thought of it. But on the other hand, Madonna and COADF was pretty successful! (and Gwen does look better than Madonna)
Madonna never (re-)joined a group, so that's a different story.
Gwen decided to re-join No Doubt and they're set to release an album in 2011.
If she once again, decides to go solo, she will have to wait until 2012/2013 to release an album.
She'll be 43 by then and it will be 6/7 years after her latest solo album so...
But all negativity aside, it's still possible and lord may it happen.

way too old to sing the same kind of (amazing) music she's done.
Anyhow I don't see Gaga working with any female artists on this album, but I guess we'll see! A Bowie collab would be too perfect, and I do not set my expectations that high. I can see her working with Kanye. Didn't Akon say he worked with her on this too?

My thoughts exactly, and that is why I highly doubt that she will go solo ever again.
By making the decision to re-join No Doubt, she kind of ender her solo career.
If she didn't do that after The Sweet Escape already.
.... Did you miss the part where I said 'Speechless 2.0' ?
Speechless is a ballad by Lady Gaga .
She can do ballads and not just ground breaking dance music
Their vocal styles are very similar
I noticed it but a speechless 2.0 is the last thing i would want to hear from a potential collaboration from them, because that's exactly what would be expected. IMO, collaborations between unfamiliar artists should a merging of the artists unique styles to produce something worthy of the collaborative effort. Gaga's trademark sound is earth shaking dance music and hypnotizing melodies, and Amy's is passionate vocals that make your skin crawl. I'd like to hear a track where their both at "home" and therefore at their best, but on a single track.
