You probably only listen to mainstream music though, thats why, i love their original and indie sound, everyone at my high school was literally obsessed with them, i just found out about them like 3 years ago
But hey thats my opinion

But I guess you guys are like 12 or 13, and don't really know anything avant Gaga, so no further discussion.

I love you .

Lady GaGa is the GaGa of 2011
Madonna is a clear inspiration but no one quite like GaGa has been around before.

No Doubt is set to release an album in 2011, so she could do it right after that in 2012 maybe even 2013.
Although, I doubt if she even wants to go solo again.
I mean, 41...
|
I would die for another solo album... I like Gwen Stefani solo, even though she's not bad with No Dobut, but No Dobut is so... 90's their music is more edgy and more rock than Gwen's music...... I don't think she's old... I mean 41 is not that much for a solo career.

I meant COLLABORATING with Madonna and how other female pop stars have already done it before. gaga gets accused of copying everything( ) by the pressed souls, so you don't think they'd say she was taking a page out of Britney's book by collaborating with her?

No Doubt has some cute songs, Don't Speak and It's My Life.
But you're right it's very 90's, it's over, done, finito.
She's definitely not too old to decide to go solo again, but she's on the edge.
She has a huge advantage and that is that she looks damn good.

Well... I thought of it. But on the other hand, Madonna and COADF was pretty successful! (and Gwen does look better than Madonna)

This track would be utterly Dangerous. I can already hear a thumping dance beat, Gaga style of course. She dominates the first verse and then out of nowhere, completely unexpected, Amy hops on the song riding the beat with her wine-laced voice leaking emotion all over a background of synths. I'd cease to exist

the only thing that bothers me at this point is the popjustice response to the song. ''all in all not bad''

.... Did you miss the part where I said 'Speechless 2.0' ?
Speechless is a ballad by Lady Gaga .
She can do ballads and not just ground breaking dance music
Their vocal styles are very similar
