They are not being sued or anything like that.
The account was suspended due to high site traffic.
Being fixed now.

Are there any pop websites like that? I only know of two: Tunespill and JamXclusive. There are plenty of dependable R&B and Hip-Hop music blogs, but I only know a couple good pop/mainstream music blogs. =/
