J. Cole hasn't really had any hits and his album didn't get released yet. The "it" rapper of 2010 was probably B.o.B giving his hits, award nominations and wins, etc.

actually she has no popularity as a single's artist but does J.cole and as a non-stan did you see j.cole get more publicity as the "it" rapper than nicki?
