At the end of the day RedOne recycled his material just like Dr. Luke, Stargate and Ryan Tedder have all done in the past. I highly doubt Jennifer was even aware of "Party O'Clock" (a song that wasn't even released in the U.S.) so all the Kat fans who wanna try to come for Jennifer need to take a seat and realize sh!t like this happens frequently in the music industry.

I personally think On the floor is more like Calling you by kat deluna but still.

I never once denied that the two songs were alike. My problem is people thinking Jennifer purposely set out to have the song sound just like Kat's.

Jennifer had no part in the writing or production of the song so these claims by the Kat fans and Kat herself are just ludicrous.

I'm glad were at least making some progress now. But heres the problem.

While it's entirely possible J-lo had no artistic involvement in the song, guess who's name is attached to it? Guess who is and forever will be identified with the song. The issue was never whether she intentionally did this or not, but rather if she did it all. And you yourself have acknowledged the similarity so i assume it's safe to say we've reached a concensus?


And for a sidenote, i don't think J-lo had anything to do with it. Way back when this song first leaked as a snippet i made the comment that RedOne was trying to make Deluna's career happen vicariously via J-lo.
