I want an official ATRL Music Chart like the Hot 100. I know this has been done several times and failed in the past. I've been trying to figure out a way to keep it consistant and the members interested but can't seem to find a solution. I think the biggest flaw is a voting system. Its difficult to get members to vote week after week.
