Britney. Lady Gaga's is just... stupid. The blood was completely unnecessary. Beyoncé's is just bland for me. So, Britney's. I mean come on, the photo of her and the python is freaking iconic. Plus, it was her big "I'm not a little girl anymore" performance.

The Slave 4 You Snake performance is one of, if not, the most iconic performance of the VMAs. No comparison. Nuff said.

Beyonce SLAYED these two.

1. Single Ladies - to be able to dance amazing while sing amazing is..well...amazing!
2. I'm A Slave 4 U - great performance, would have been just as great as bey's if she actually sang
3. Paparazzi - good performance, yet does not compare with the other 2

No, that was the year before when she ripped of her tux.

But yes, Britney ****ing slayed. GaGa's was a hot mess. Beyonce's was typical and boring.

beyonce can jump around and shake her ass as much as she can, and Gaga can keep triyng to get the attention.. but none of them can pull a dance routine and dance with a snake like britney did

Are you serious dude? Bey's was WAY more fun than the other two. Unlike the other two who just perform, she actually gets the crowd hyped up and gives them a chance to sing and dance the song with her.

I will always love this performance of I'm A Slave 4 U. I was pretty disappointed with the Single Ladies one and Paparazzi was just over the top, in a bad way.

No shade but that slave 4 u performance was ALWAYS overrated to me. I never saw the hype with it.

Beyonce's performance was good.

Lady Gaga's performance, ALMOST, ALMOST,made me a Gaga stan. I was sooo close to being transformerd into a monster. But then with all the over publicity and over the top-ness, she lost me.

Fail opinion.

Anyways, Beyonce followed extremely closely by Britney and in an extremely close third position comes Gaga

Gaga's VMA performance is the one thing that turned me into a stan. It is bar-none my favorite performance of all time. I can't at people not seeing the depth, pop culture commentary and sheer shock value in this performance, It slayed my soul more than ANYTHING.

Britney's was a great performance but doesn't even compare to me.
And I love Bey, but honestly? That peformance was horribly bland in comparison to the other two...

I can't at how many people on this ****ing site are pressed about Gaga. I can respect if you don't like her/ her performances but I've seen you shading her multiple times and its just a blatant sign that your threatened by her success. Believe me, I HATEd K$ when Tik Tok blocked Bad Romance from going #1, so I've been there. Just be confident in your fave honey, please.
