On December 3, 1990, ABC's Nightline played the video in its entirety, then interviewed Madonna live about the video's sexual content and censorship. When asked whether she stood to make more money selling the video than airing it on MTV, she appeared impatient and answered, "Yeah, so? Lucky me."

Important things in pop music should always be reminded.
People tend so easily to forget amazing stuff from the near past. They rather get amazed by some really average things these days.
1- Justify My Love (the video) is just an arty pieace of work.
2- the song is amazing and she talks in it. Lenny Kravitz wrote it for her initially but with slightly different words. she changed them.
3- she IS just SO SMART in this interview (as she always is). She has a BRAIN.
4- she's provocative but she is POLITICAL !! (unlike people nowadays try to shock just to gain success and earn more money. Madonna was defending her ideas and equality and she was fighting for them)
She realy is THE QUEEN OF POP.
she's a living legend.
THE QUEEN. The fact that some people consider a certain blonde pop starlet to be in her league to me is just. There is no comparison... Madonna is a Goddess and none of these gurls are as innovative or push boundaries the way she did.
Not only did she get banned
BUT she still end up going to #1 mostly based on sales from the VHS.
People will learn that everything you think your fav has done, about to do or is doing,
SLAYdonna has done it better and while your fav still had breast milk on their tongue!
MTV how could they?
