Just because the term "(I was) born this way" is in it, doesn't mean it's the song Born This Way.
Albums can have a title track and re-use the term in songs.
FOR EXAMPLE: Florence + The Machine has an album called Lungs, with a title/core track Between Two Lungs. However, the song I'm Not Calling You A Liar also has a lyric, "...there is a ghost in my lungs..."
