It's unlikely, the last person to have these CDs were old management. After that it was secured, and Gaga has them.
Unless she leaked them herself, but I couldn't see that happening

I'm not forgetful, I knew she bought her old demos back.

I didn't know if the pictures of the CDs were real because I had never seen the picture Jay posted.
