...what's the gimmick? Raw vocal+instrumental talent? Her ability to make unique pop songs with interesting lyrics? High fashion?

This is both ridiculous and scary. Right after a congresswoman is shot and in critical condition and many others were injured and killed, you're going to become famous by writing a song about shooting Lady Gaga?
