Although Ciara has recently released countless numbers of flop singles, her 4th single off Basic Instinct 'Turn It Up' may not follow in her unfortunate suit. This tract features Usher so it might make it to Billboard Hot 100.
Let's hope Usher can help Ciara make some money as Justin Timberlake did for her two years ago.
There is just no hope for this album, whatsoever. In it's 4th week of release it's already out of the Top 100 on Billboard. She should just move on from this and work on her next album, just like Christina Aguilera did with "Bionic"
