He can really surprise people, but at the moment I'm expecting around 500-600k for Wayne.

His fanbase is very loyal. While I don't think he'll be doing a milli in one week again 750K seems about right. He has established himself as a huge force in hip-hop. 6F7F is doing very well also.

So the only big releases of the 1st quarter are Wayne & Britney, both in the same month.

Wayne is a rapper. Katy is a pop star. Wayne has also managed to do a 1M+ debut week in the past. And it's his first post-prison release. And this album has been hyped for a VERY long time. These numbers are very likely.
