Really? I've never heard her speak english in any of the few english interviews they've done.
It's usually CL and sometimes Bom gets in a word or two.
She lived in the Philippines and often speaks English most of the time. It was only after her return from a vacation in Korea that she became fluent in Tagalog. Believe me, she's good at it, just not THAT fluent yet.
