There's many types of Hotness and beauties, and personally i think most of us think HOTTEST = (almost) NAKED, i mean sometimes you dont need to show a little bit more of Skin for getting Hot!
Ex: Angelina with those kisseable lips is so HOT and she doesnt need to be exposed...
