Paramore have confirmed they still have plans to release new music this year, despite the loss of two of the group's founding members.

Singer Hayley Williams made the comments during a special MTV interview in which the group addressed the rumors surrounding the departure of Josh and Zac Farro.

"We will definitely release songs [in 2011]," Williams told MTV News. "Who knows if a full album will come out of it?

"But obviously we'd love that, it would be fun," Williams continued. "Let's just start this new chapter already, because it can only be great."

I'm hoping it's a departure from the sound from their latest album. Riot! was their best work.

Let's be real; Hayley needs to go solo. Hayley IS Paramore.

I'm definitely excited. I really hope Hayley doesn't go solo. It's sad that the Farros left but they were assholes.

I hope they go back to their "Riot!" stuff. It was defenitely their best work!

The Brand New Eyes stuff I liked from them was "Careful", "Brick By Boring Brick" and "Ignorance" but also "All I Wanted" and "Playing God" and a few others.

But honestly, Careful and Brick By Boring Brick I loved the most because they reminded me of Riot!

I just hope they comeback strong despite this loss.

I am still waiting for Playing God.

I really hope they don't change too much. Now that Paramore is getting mainstream popular, i'm afraid they'll turn pop.
Especially now that Zac and Josh are gone. i still wonder why they left...Does anyone here know?

They'll probably go Haylie's way now. If she feels like doing pop so they will.
Same thing happened with Evanescence and the next album they released was basically all about Amy. It was amazing though.
